Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Talent Development, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for learning and development, with a desire to make a meaningful impact on employee growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in Learning & Development/Talent Development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and potential familiarity with learning management systems & HRIS systems.
  • Proficient with Articulate Rise and Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro CC, or can become proficient quickly.
  • Working knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, graphic design, and photography/videography.
  • Additional experiences with or technical experience with e-learning design, digital design, data analytics, Abode Suite/Cloud, & Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
  • Collaborate on building e-learning courses and toolkits for high-priority talent management processes.
  • Research learning trends, technologies, and methodologies to support program enhancement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create targeted solutions.
  • Support the administration and logistics of learning activities, including scheduling, registration, and participant communication.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback analysis and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the design and maintenance of learning management systems and online resources.
  • Support Emerging Talent Programs in program and event management.

  • Designing, developing, and updating current e-learning & training materials.
  • Learning Management System management
  • Workday data reporting and analysis
  • Creative/design support on marketing and communications materials, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint sites, and video editing for e-learning
  • Program management and evaluation support.
