Requirements

  • Law degree.
  • High level of English.
  • Ability to draft corporate matters of the company.
  • Ability to deal with registers and notaries.
  • Ability to understand legal concepts, write contract clauses and generate legal reports.
  • Ability to interpret administrative and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge in the use of office tools of the Microsoft suite, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Outlook and Windchill (Databases).
  • Knowledge of commercial documentation archiving tools that allow the automation of documents to be used in the legal and commercial departments.
  • French desirable.
  • Interest in doing a wide variety of different tasks.

  • Oral and written communication skills to express technical concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Management, monitoring, filing and preparation of the company's corporate and commercial documentation. Support on the corporate side of Thales companies in Spain.
  • Management, documentation and preparation of matters related to Registers and Notaries.
  • Drafting, management and support in contractual matters of the company.
  • Support on the compliance side.
  • Administration of bid generation activities in the area. Analysis of RFIs, RFQ's and drafting of bids in compliance with Thales procedures. Analysis of tender documents, preparation and presentation of administrative documentation.
  • Generation of administrative documentation to assist in the preparation of legal bid documentation.
