Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled as an incoming Junior – Senior in a relevant Bachelor’s program
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products & remote meeting software
  • Must have availability for the full 10-week program as space is limited
  • Must be a self-starter, highly passionate & detail oriented
  • Active ability to problem solve & communicate effectively
  • Knowledge and passion for our brand is a plus!
  • Desired Skills:
  • Area of Study: Business Administration, Finance, Pre-Legal, Accounting, Business Analytics or similar
  • Excel Proficiency (Vlookup/Basic Formulas)
  • Strong reading comprehension
  • Core math skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Tenacity & comfortability with repetitive tasks

Responsibilities

  • The project objective is to have a co-tenancy system which includes the most up to date and accurate information thereby allowing us to identify potential co-tenancy/use violations quickly and efficiently. These violations will provide us with opportunities to reduce rent expense (by applying any rent abatements permitted, as provided by the Leases) and to supply Real Estate with information they can use as leverage in negotiating more favorable terms for those stores with violations.
  • The intern can expect to assist the leasing team with data entry, validation & cleanse; lease audits & general lease administration process.
