Requirements

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in Fashion Merchandising or are currently pursuing one
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in creating and editing presentation decks
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently within deadlines.
  • Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to rely on instructions to perform the functions of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Sample Management, Maintaining Assortment Sheets, Maintaining Time and Action calendar to anticipate department needs for seasonal milestones.
  • Generate and analyze month and quarterly sales reports (DTC Businesses and Licensee Quarterly Sales Reports)
  • Support and influence line planning and category assortment by analyzing product performance, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Research new partnership categories to support TUMI product launches and expansions.
  • Assist with building presentations for partner meetings.
  • Help maintain tracking documents for current pitches.
