Responsibilities

  • Research and identify client USPs to determine what will speak to the end consumer
  • Learn and understand lifecycle marketing best practices, strategies, and processes
  • Create lifecycle topic calendars for a variety of clients
  • Segment audiences based on behavioral/demographic data and create custom email copy to speak to different groups of users
  • Build out targeted customer journeys based on data
  • Optimize the user experience based on key learnings from past data
  • Analyze email performance and report on findings while providing strategic recommendations for the future
  • Assist the Lifecycle team with ad hoc project
