Responsibilities

  • During this 8-week Technology internship programme, you will hone your software and programming skills whilst building an understanding of our business and financial markets. You’ll join a cutting-edge team with the ability to assume as much responsibility and autonomy as you can take on.
  • All interns receive end-to-end support from our teams – from an initial induction to a performance review as you complete time with us. This includes personalised mentoring, regular seminars with senior managers and key staff, social events and the chance to participate in the firm’s charitable activities.

Application Process

  • If your CV passes the initial screening stages, we will send you an online technical test to complete.
  • If successful in the technical test, we will contact you for a telephone interview, lasting around 30 minutes..
  • If successful, you will then be invited to attend an assessment centre at Marshall Wace. This will include a technical test, group activities and interviews with the Marshall Wace tech team.
