Responsibilities

  • This co-op will focus on assisting the Xfinity Rewards activation team with a variety of tasks in preparation of successfully launching new rewards, including working directly with internal and external partners, as well as internal stakeholders (CARE, internal comms, employee engagement, Marcom, and division partners).
  • Assist with the coordination of reward deliverables among internal Comcast teams, NBC/Universal stakeholders and external agencies and resources, including building project timelines, managing assets, and securing copy, design and legal approvals required to launch all rewards
  • Help maintain the master Smartsheet calendar of all upcoming rewards used to track deadlines, reward status and asset creation, including submitting reward intakes and JIRA tickets for copy/image creation, and updating reward performance trackers
  • Create partner recap decks to showcase reward performance
  • Manage weekly live review sessions of Xfinity Rewards platform to ensure all rewards are functioning properly and ranked in the correct order. Identify areas for test and learn opportunities in reward display names, ranking and imagery.
  • Support Xfinity Rewards activation team on other duties and responsibilities as needed
