Requirements

  • Studying towards a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
  • Written and verbal communication in English and/or German (C1 or higher)
  • Knowledge of EDV Systems (Power Point, Excel, MS Project)
  • Knowledge in use of AutoCAD, Catia and EAM Systems
  • Flexibility to adapt to new circumstances and new ways of working
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and make suggestions for increasing the effectiveness in the maintenance department
  • Willingness to learn new methods, procedures and techniques

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to check spare part lists for economical, reasonable and lead time point of views
  • Learn to adjust spare part lists with suppliers and engineers
  • Learn to upload and maintain spare part lists in the Tesla CMM
  • Support the team with purchasing processes of spare equipment and building of asset bill of materials
  • Learning about the process of maintenance management, body shop automation equipment and vehicle production
  • Support by planning and scheduling corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level
  • Support in managing communications between internal maintenance departments and maintaining & updating the internal ME system
  • Analyzing and communicating equipment faults from Scada to suppliers and engineers
