Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology (or related degree), Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, or other related STEM field from an accredited college.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production floor environment
  • Knowledge of formal problem-solving methodologies; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to work autonomously once provided general instruction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will be required to support corrective action investigations, root cause analysis, and implement process improvements. The candidate will manage database entry for Quality Assessment Reports (QAR) and QAR Triage, 6S tracking and processes, and Performance Management Teams records and dispositions, Nonconformance Feedback systems and support other production floor needs. The successful candidate will have some technical and/or manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Must be a US Citizen; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
