Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Managers to execute brand marketing plans in the UK
  • Coordinate the design and delivery of all marketing materials to support product launches, events, beauty rooms, and customer activities: posters, leaflets, handout cards, direct mailers
  • Support Managers to coordinate GWPs: kit builds, label production, and POS materials
  • Copywriting for brand collateral, retailers’ websites, and digital platforms
  • Brief and manage CRM activities and Clienteling Tool with retail partners
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to support retailers’ marketing plans and counter activations
  • Ensure alignment with all other functions for multichannel activity execution
  • Provide marketing support for brand partnership activations and events
  • Liaise with Shiseido EMEA to request timely delivery of assets and information
  • Negotiate quotes for asset creation and printing of marketing materials
  • Manage stock levels of marketing-use products
  • Coordinate with Operations and courier services for product send-outs
  • Work with Finance team to process payment of invoices
  • Monitor and analyse competitor activity and market trends monthly
  • Support Managers with ad hoc projects
