Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Managers to execute the brands’ marketing plans in the UK
  • Co-ordinating the design and delivery of all marketing material to support product launches, events and customer activity
  • Working with Managers to coordinate GWP: photo-shooting, kit builds, label production and POS
  • Work with the Sales teams to support the retailers’ marketing plan
  • Work closely with all other marketing functions to ensure all activities are aligned and multichannel
  • Work closely with Events Team to provide marketing support
  • Liaising with Shiseido EMEA to request images and information to be delivered on time
  • Negotiating the quotation for the asset creation and print of all marketing collateral
  • Managing stock-level of products for marketing use
  • Co-ordinating with the Operations and courier company to send-out products
  • Managing Purchase Orders and liaise with Finance team to process payment of invoices
  • Analysing competitors and market trends
  • Supporting Managers with monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Supporting Managers with ad hoc projects
