Requirements

  • Pursuing a BS or BA degree in Marketing or equivalent program
  • High level of proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Examples of previous planning and or documentation projects for any coursework or clubs
  • High capacity for learning new processes, tools, and systems
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a variety of teams throughout NVIDIA
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Leadership experience within an organization or club.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and methods
  • Past work examples related to marketing planning or informational resource web pages

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze existing marketing process documentation
  • Develop, edit, or refresh existing documentation to be consistent across all Enterprise Marketing processes. Build a process documentation style guide, outlining the required elements and format.
  • Create an internal communication plan for broad rollout of updated process documentation across the organization.
  • Optimize the team intranet sites for broad knowledge sharing and improved user experience.
  • Develop user surveys for uploaders/users of our Digital Asset Management system.
  • Engage with various marketing teams on how they are using (or not using) each process and how useful they find the training materials.
