Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university at the Junior, Senior, or Graduate level OR one year real life experience in retail environment, social media management, or college course equivalent
  • Proven strategic skills and unique knowledge of how media and channels work together to create experiences that drive greater brand awareness, consumer engagement and conversion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Thinks strategically and executes tactically

Responsibilities

  • Support brand, customer and product insights through reporting of all channels, including social media, public relations, wholesale and website analytics along with sales trends.
  • Support the Go-To-Market Team Calendar by aligning key dates and timelines across key internal teams.
  • Help manage the creative development process with internal and external departments.
  • Investigates new marketing concepts, communication platforms, and cutting-edge programs. Keeps abreast of trends in marketing.
  • Competitive analysis across various distribution levels, including but not limited to: Outdoor, Sporting Goods, Better Footwear, Performance, Fashion.
