Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a college or university; Sophomore year or above.
  • Working towards a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Qualifications that may be a plus or preferred: Dance or gymnastics background of any kind and at any level
  • Ability to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri for the summer
  • Available to participate in our full-time internship program from the end of May/June to August 2023. Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
  • Eligible to work in the US without restrictions

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and implementation of marketing messaging and integrated campaigns and timelines to connect the customer mindset, industry timeline and product initiatives through all marketing channels (i.e. digital, print, email, social, etc.)
  • Help set priorities and multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and facilitate brainstorms to tow the line between creative expression and brand objectives
  • Demonstrate thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive insights, inspiration, and recommendations
