Requirements

  • Major in Marketing or Communications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can multitask, solve problems, and take ownership of projects
  • Ability to forge strong working relationships with a variety of colleagues
  • Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, preferred
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Excel, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of participation goals for each initiative, including:
  • Write copy for promotional emails, native ads and onsite ads
  • Produce emails in Eloqua and schedule them via Quickbase
  • Review stats and analytics results from emails, PPC campaigns, and ad modules
  • Create banner ads within Canva
  • Assist with the development of PPC and retargeting campaigns in Google, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Update tracking documents via Google sheets
  • Develop ad modules in Lytics
  • Update ongoing team reports in Google Sheets on a daily basis
  • Assist with report creation and optimization
  • Work with manager to analyze campaign performance
  • Assist on marketing and financial analysis projects
  • Collaborate on financial budgets to forecast marketing costs
  • Utilize Google analytics to review campaign performance
  • Other marketing initiatives, as assigned
