Requirements

  • Currently studying at Bachelor level (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding. Hotel school is preferred.
  • This position is only applicable for students who are currently studying and available as January 2025 for a minimum period of 6 months but ideally longer.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) a must, and Dutch a large benefit
  • Eager to develop in Marketing & bring their creativity to the table. No idea is too crazy for us!
  • Experience with Canva, social media and content creation is a bonus
  • Ability to set goals and accomplish them within given timeframes
  • Hands-on and capable of working independently, plus enjoy working in a team
  • Highly organised and systematic approach to work plus strong in execution and eye for detail
  • Confident to build relationships across departments, especially Front Office, Restaurant & bar and General Manager
  • Proactive and self-driven

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all teams are up-to-date on hotel happenings, art’beat cultural program events & art exhibition in the hotel’s art gallery.
  • Ensure all teams are trained and confident in hotel’s art programming, Signature Arist and art collection and this becomes a key part of guest experience appreciated by guests with addition of art tours.
  • Designing & printing of collateral to promote hotel, restaurant, bar, event or to enhance the guest experience.
  • Content creation for hotel, restaurant, bar, event in line with strategy set by team.
  • Support with organization of PR visits for hotel, restaurant & bar.
  • Act as content champion to ensure information online & offline is always up to date, supporting with website updates for hotels, restaurants and bars where needed.
  • Support with on-property logistics for new art exhibitions, exciting events & seasonal promotions.
  • Build key relationships across departments especially General Manager, Front Office & Restaurant and Bar to achieve goals.
  • Attending key on property meetings to ensure teams at all levels and departments are key champions for our guests & colleagues of everything happening in the hotel, art, restaurant, bar, programming, rooms & partnerships.
  • Support overall marketing team efforts with ongoing admin support.
