Requirements

  • Educated: Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related.
  • Organized: Prior internship or relevant project experience in marketing is beneficial. Experience with digital marketing tools or social media is a plus.
  • Communicative: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required.
  • Proficient: Basic understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media. Familiarity with analytics tools is advantageous.
  • Collaborative: Ability to work well in a team and independently.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Initiative: Willingness to learn marketing software and tools and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate: Interest in technology and marketing trends within the B2B SaaS sector.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Support the Marketing Associate in the creation of engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, and email marketing, tailoring the messages to our target audience.
  • Digital Campaign Assistance: Aid in the planning of digital marketing campaigns, analyzing effectiveness and suggesting improvements.
  • Social Media Engagement: Contribute to managing and growing our social media presence, primarily LinkedIn, by creating compelling content and engaging with our community, and helping to manage and plan the Content Calendar.
  • Event and Webinar Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating events and webinars, ensuring seamless execution and participant engagement, and helping track performance from these activations.
  • Data Analysis: Own and analyze paid and organic campaign data, including digital campaigns, events, and more, to derive actionable insights and optimize future efforts. Assist with Salesforce data management to ensure Marketing has a strong understanding of our prospects and our funnel.
  • Email Marketing Support: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation and analysis.
  • General Marketing Support: Assist with various marketing tasks as needed, adapting easily to new challenges and supporting the Marketing Manager as required.
  • Learning and Development: Engage in a career development path, learning from experienced professionals and taking on tasks that broaden marketing skills and knowledge.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team, contributing to innovative marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide support on administrative tasks to streamline the marketing team’s operations and support the Marketing Manager as needed.
  • Strategic Contribution: Participate in strategy and brainstorming sessions, offering insights and suggestions to help shape effective marketing approaches.
  • Other tasks as assigned
