Requirements

  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year in 4-year accredited college, studying marketing
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing
  • Prefer Experience with Google Analytics, and Social Platforms
  • Detail oriented - Strong attention to detail and desire for excellence in quality
  • Strong interest in exploring and applying modern day media platforms and the tools used to engage consumers
  • Efficient – Passion for moving faster, producing more, and identifying solutions for major improvements; loves to identify bottlenecks and fix them through collaboration
  • Self-motivated- Outcomes-focused individual who holds herself/himself to a high performance standard, but maintains a sense of proportion and humor
  • Authentic- Has deep integrity and holds personal and professional values consistent with Tenet’s mission, vision, and values
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
  • Interest in learning about healthcare marketing

Responsibilities

  • Insights:
  • Understand consumer journey mapping: Analyze consumer user behavior and provide recommendations on how to improve consumer experience
  • Research and share competitive analysis on top websites and top healthcare websites. Provide distilled learnings/insights on what top competitors are doing and recommendations for Tenet’s web strategy.
  • Web UX/UI:
  • Content Updates: Assist in developing and updating website content, including text, images, videos, etc.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the team to ensure website content is aligned with branding guidelines, value proposition for key service lines, and SEO-friendly.
  • User Experience (UX): Using our web data, analyze user behavior and feedback to propose improvements for a better website experience.
  • Marketing:
  • Assist with various marketing activities and project management across the integrated marketing team. Specifically, the content and creative team.
  • Monitor results of marketing assets and channels to identify best practices and share, as needed, across field marketing teams.
