Requirements

  • A current undergraduate student who is able to work full-time and in person during the semester
  • A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program studying Marketing or another related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and prior marketing internship experience preferred
  • Marketing savvy and creativity
  • Proven social media skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at once with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with marketing automation systems like HubSpot highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • The Marketing Intern will work directly with the Senior Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist and other Marketing & Communications team members. You will be a contributing member of a small, powerful team that serves as the company’s in-house creative agency and gain exposure to the exciting world of commercial real estate.
  • Assist in identifying, planning, and implementing new communications, marketing, and promotional campaign strategies
  • Create and curate content for the company’s social media sites
  • Conduct data analysis for social media performance and email campaign performance
  • Work on digital media and web projects including but not limited to SEO, Facebook Marketing, and Google ads that support the sales team’s efforts to sign new tenants
  • Additional duties as assigned
