Responsibilities

  • We know it takes a village to help get those less fortunate connected to the internet and to provide these households with the tools they need to succeed. That’s why having partners to help spread the word, help customers sign up and broaden our portfolio of customer tools is critical to closing the digital divide. In order to expand our portfolio and partnerships, you will:
  • Develop partner education materials, e.g., Power Point, newsletters, etc….
  • Assess partnership opportunities to help broaden our reach and broaden our portfolio of offerings; meet with partners and develop recommendations
  • Enhance the customer experience to make it easy for customers to get connected to our internet programs by evaluating the end-to-end customer journey. This may include:
  • Reviewing customer facing materials including our web experience to enroll and sign up for our Affordability & Digital Equity internet programs; identify improvements and work with appropriate teams to implement
  • Voice of the customer - Gather customer feedback from existing sources to identify and recommend improvements; this includes call listening and reviewing customer feedback data
  • Sales and care agent materials - Evaluate education and training materials used by our sales and care agents related to our Affordability & Digital Equity programs; make recommendations for improvements and work with teams to implement
  • Reviewing data to identify areas of opportunity and work cross-functionally to pull in key stakeholders
