Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B or F-1 status)
  • Desired Skills:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Marketing or Marketing
  • At least Sophomore standing for undergrad at the time of application
  • Able to work at least 12 weeks (starting the end of May or early June through August)
  • Previous applicable internships
  • Self-starter
  • High level of computer skills (Microsoft Applications and Internet)

Responsibilities

  • Profitable Performance Enhancement:
  • Collaborate on a project aimed at identifying opportunities to optimize our Diagnostic Tools' marketing strategies, prioritizing profitability, and overall company health.
  • Analyze market trends, dealer network feedback, and customer insights to propose innovative strategies that enhance profitability while delivering holistic solutions to customers.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Partner with the dealer network to understand customer needs, fostering a symbiotic relationship that ensures the delivery of exceptional solutions and experiences.
  • Contribute to strategies that align product marketing efforts with a customer-centric approach, emphasizing a holistic and satisfactory experience for our clientele.
  • Marketing Strategy Improvement:
  • Work on enhancing the product marketing strategy for Diagnostic Tools, focusing on innovative approaches that resonate with the market and elevate profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
