Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors or Masters in Environmental Engineering or a related engineering field is required.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Water treatment specific-coursework (Hydraulics, Treatment Processes, etc.)
  • Currently or intending to enroll in Master program preferred.
  • Amount of Travel Required:
  • 5%

Responsibilities

  • CDM Smith is looking for an Environmental Engineering Intern or Co-Op to join our Water Services Team! You'll be working with a dynamic team of industry leading engineers on a diverse portfolio of public, federal, and industrial projects. During this internship with our Water Services Team, students will work closely with senior engineers participating in a variety of water engineering projects that include Drinking Water, Conveyance, and/or Wastewater design and support. Working in a team setting, duties will include evaluating and researching process mechanical equipment information, reviewing drawings and specifications, and developing documents and presentations. This role may assist with fieldwork to collect data.
