The candidate must be at least 18 years old, have a bachelor's degree, be enrolled in an MBA program, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, possess strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be curious about corporate finance, and ideally be a Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst.
