The ideal candidate for the MBA intern position at Thrivent for the summer of 2024 should have a strong academic performance, knowledge in various areas including accounting, finance, corporate strategy, real estate, and financial statistics, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, mathematical abilities, and the ability to work independently and under different leaders. Programming skills are desirable for opportunities in quantitative research, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and investment tools such as FactSet and Bloomberg is a plus. Full-time availability during the summer is required.

The MBA intern will provide research support for analyzing securitized bonds, monitor risk and performance, conduct independent research on securitized asset sectors, support investment strategies, and participate in all aspects of the investment process.
