Requirements

  • Required Qualification:
  • Obtained or currently pursuing BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
  • Experience with Ni LabVIEW software and instrument data acquisition
  • Experience with data processing and interpretation
  • Be enthusiastic and able to collaborate in a team environment
  • Curious and passionate about learning and exploring
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple to understand, communicable ideas
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Certified LabView Developer
  • Experience with setup and operation of the Gamry Instruments and their associated software
  • Hands on experience in building testing hardware and equipment
  • Experience in a laboratory environment
  • Experience with electrochemical testing hardware design
  • Proficient skills in data analysis, automation, scripting, and coding
  • Working knowledge of python programming language

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the Bosch Research team for electrochemical test stand development. The intern responsibility includes writing NI LabVIEW programs, fabrication of frames, fixtures, test rigs, and wiring of sensor systems for test benches. Additional responsibilities include writing detailed documentation of all work done and test plans for test bench functionality.
