Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Student must be in good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
  • Mechanical engineering experience especially related to motion control and mechanical design preferred
  • Knowledge of material selection, material analysis, design of experiment and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) preferred
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, hands-on practice, teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Implement lab test include DOE design, data acquisition automation, tool inspection, data collection, sample/data analysis, data report preparation and hardware replacement
  • Assist with lab customized test stand operation include tool preparation, wafer processing, wafer measuring, documentation
  • Support senior process engineer for data collection, data processing using statistics, report documentation and presenting
  • Work directly with experienced engineer for internal database content collecting and releasing, different Smart application development
