The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fields with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. They must also be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship and possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, they should be self-driven, proactive, and possess effective communication and collaboration abilities. Knowledge of combustion or indoor air quality principles is preferred but not required.
