Requirements

  • Education required:
  • To apply for this placement, you must be:
  • Currently studying an any Undergraduate Degree in Biosciences, Medical, Pharmacy or Nursing.
  • Other requirements:
  • You will have completed a minimum of 2 years of your undergraduate degree but will not have graduated at the start of your placement. You must be enrolled at a UK (United Kingdom) or ROI (Republic of Ireland) university for the duration of your placement.

Responsibilities

  • Operational support for oncology compassionate use programs and non-GSK sponsored clinical trials
  • Support the development and archiving of program related documents
  • Attends program related meetings and captures minutes
  • Provides status update reports on programs
  • Together with the program lead, support planning, forecasting
  • Monitors vendor shipments and tracks inventory at both the depot and site level
  • Supports other innovative projects initiated by managed access team
  • Projects that you will work on include:
  • Delivery of programmes at key global congresses including virtual and physical exhibition booths and scientific symposia
  • Delivery of external engagement medical education programmes including webinars, digital events and projects
  • Development of internal therapy area medical education programmes
  • Delivery of key patient engagement projects
  • Delivery of professional relations programmes and activities, including steering group meeting, advisory boards, etc. for HCPs and patients
  • Leading and co-creating with global, multi-functional, matrix teams to deliver programmes and resources
  • Delivery of internal strategic projects and objectives
