Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in process in areas of Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or similar subject area with exposure to supply chain management through course work and/or work experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
  • Problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with Python, Power BI or a similar modeling software an asset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and automate reports and tools that can be used to quickly and accurately assess supply chain issues and opportunities
  • Provide data analysis and modeling to drive optimization and improvement of metal inputs including ingot, scrap, and prime
  • Recommend business processes changes to continuously improve business performance relative to metal inputs, metal flow, and inventory levels and document the revised processes
  • Review and update training and audit documentation
  • Collaborate and build relationships with key stake holders in supply chain, operations, procurement, and recycling teams
