Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a technical institution with 2-3 years of schooling completed in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, software engineering).
  • Strong interest in Microsoft Power Platform and willingness to learn and expand knowledge in this area.
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts, databases, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and provide support to the citizen developer community.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate (previously Microsoft Flow), and Power BI.
  • Experience or coursework in software development, database management, or cloud technologies.
  • Previous exposure to managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform environments.
  • Familiarity with best practices in citizen developer community engagement.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Preference given to local candidates

Responsibilities

  • Environment Management: Assist in managing Microsoft Power Platform environments, including provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Asset Life Cycle Management: Support the creation, deployment, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions, such as apps, flows, and reports.
  • Citizen Developer Community Engagement: Facilitate and assist employees engaging with the citizen developer community, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to Power Platform solutions,
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of Power Platform configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Prepare regular reports and updates on projects and initiatives.
