Requirements

  • Working towards a life science Bachelor’s degree (graduation date December 2024 and later)
  • Coordination and facilitation of a cross functional group through a project
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience gained from role:
  • Fully trained facilitator for Risk Assessments
  • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis expert
  • Cross-functional team leader
  • Project management skills
  • Experience as an author in EDMS
  • Experience working in Quality Systems

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate or assist in the facilitation of quality risk management reviews of the risk assessments
  • Complete or assist in the completion of a revision to all Breyanzi end-to-end risk assessments
  • Incorporate updates to process risks according to process changes made over the last 2 years
  • Identify and assist in planning for risk reduction projects (CAPAs)
  • Develop and implement or assist in developing and implementing process improvements to improve agility of risk management
