  • Learn how to define bill of materials (BOM) and recipe design requirements to support the CAR-T manufacturing process
  • Using gained knowledge, create a guidance document to serve as the source of truth for CAR-T manufacturing requirements that will be utilized by cross-functional teams
  • Present findings to the Lifecycle Management team
  • Establish complete source of truth for CAR-T manufacturing to be utilized by cross-functional teams
  • Gain experience with GMP documentation, BOM design requirements, and lifecycle management
  • Authoring of a guidance document to support clinical/commercial cell therapy manufacturing
  • Quickly and thoroughly learns the CAR-T manufacturing process and lifecycle management tools
