Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of month end fund shareholder reports. This includes semi-annual reports (schedules of investments, financial statements, notes to financial statements), prospectus reporting, and fact sheets.
  • Assist in preparing SEC regulatory reports (N-PORT, N-CEN, N-MFP) and other investment company/mutual fund related SEC filings within required timelines.
  • Compile and validate data and disclosures for various internal reporting and reports for the Mutual Funds/Series Funds/Core Funds Board of Trustees/Directors.
  • Improve and mature process documentation around internal controls environment.
