The candidate must be pursuing a Doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with hands-on experience in semiconductor material & device processes and characterization. A background in quantum material and technology is preferred.

The Process Engineer Intern will work on developing new thin film materials and processes in quantum information science, collaborating with various teams and conducting experiments to analyze metrology data and explore new growth opportunities with precision material engineering.
