Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree within a relevant or related field
  • Depending on role, prior experience or knowledge requirements could include programming skills and technologies such as: C++, RTL, scripting languages (Python, Perl), modern graphics APIs (DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan), GPU computing (CUDA, OpenCL), revision control (Perforce, Git), HPC (MPI, OpenMP)
  • Knowledge and coursework in computer architecture, and one or more of focused areas (computer graphics, deep learning, ray tracing, parallel programming, memory architecture, and high-performance computing systems)

Responsibilities

  • Designing new hardware features for future architectures by building and improving graphics or parallel processing algorithms and advancing the state of parallel computation
  • Crafting software for various hardware simulators, testing infrastructures or metrics systems including databases
  • Working in a team to document, design, and develop tools to analyze and simulate, validate, and verify functional or performance models
