Requirements

  • Time management is critical with the ability to prioritize while maintaining an impressive attention to detail. The position will involve interacting cross team, therefore excellent interpersonal skills are required. The ability to work independently and also as a self-starter is critical to this role that entails independent research projects. The Online Sales Team internship program provides the opportunity to be part of an innovative team that works to support all global locations and drives ideas forward. Experience and knowledge of Artsy and/or Artnet are an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Sales Assistant to gather artist inventory and digital assets to ensure updates across third-party websites
  • Work alongside Digital Marketing and Inquiries team to collaborate on data analysis
  • Strategize and research communications for artwork uploads and requests
  • Join weekly team standup meetings and meet with a wide range of Online Sales, Marketing, Digital and Web team members
  • Compile and disseminate language & best practices information for new processes
