No, you don’t need to be a pro. Novice photographers are welcome and will receive support and training.
How many hours do I need to commit as a volunteer?
We are flexible; you can volunteer for a few hours a week or even occasionally as your schedule allows.
What items will I be taking photos of?
You will be capturing a wide range of items such as clothing, homeware, books, vintage items, collectables, toys, and more.
Are there any age restrictions for this volunteering position?
Yes, we are unable to accept volunteers aged under 17 years old.
Is this a paid position?
No, this is an unpaid voluntary position.
Will I receive any benefits as a volunteer?
Yes, volunteers receive a 25% discount on donated goods and a 10% discount on new goods, as well as additional benefits such as support, training, and reimbursement for reasonable travel expenses.

Yes, you can use your own camera or smartphone to take photos, but a camera may also be provided.
