Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Ability to communicate specific details about topics and translate to the bigger picture.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Resilient and challenges the status quo.
  • Ability to adapt easily in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in various operational areas.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed recommendations.
  • Solve problems related to assembly lines following Inari’s problem-solving methodology.
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives, lean principles, and best practices.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to ensure operational consistency.
  • Assist in project management, tracking, and execution of operational improvement projects, providing hands-on support to project teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions for enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports to measure the progress and impact of operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure that all operational activities adhere to regulatory and quality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
