Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in various operational areas.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed recommendations.
Solve problems related to assembly lines following Inari’s problem-solving methodology.
Actively participate in the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives, lean principles, and best practices.
Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to ensure operational consistency.
Assist in project management, tracking, and execution of operational improvement projects, providing hands-on support to project teams.
Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions for enhancing operational effectiveness.
Generate regular reports to measure the progress and impact of operational excellence initiatives.
Ensure that all operational activities adhere to regulatory and quality standards.
