Responsibilities

  • Providing service to internal Ops teams, other business units within the firm, including branch offices as needed
  • Updating client information
  • Participating in assigned projects as needed
  • Reviewing and contributing to new hire procedure materials
  • Engaging with vital systems to leverage firm and/or client data related to processes
