Responsibilities

The Operations Management Analyst I - Intern will have various operational responsibilities.
This role will report to, and be supported by, the Operations Management Sr Manager.
Responsibilities will include monitoring dashboards and reports for unusual activity, running and distributing internal reports, and updating client and partner information in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will also support the DealShield Performance Management team in conducting client outreach calls and documenting client feedback and requests.
The Operations Management Analyst I - Intern will have the opportunity to learn about the Assurance businesses and how they support the overall Inventory Solutions division of Cox Automotive.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to learn about, and interact with, the various teams and processes in place which support Assurance products.
