Requirements

  • Strong interest in operations technology, process optimization, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to report to our Austin office at least 4-days a week for the internship duration
  • Good MS Office or equivalent skills
  • Solid written and oral communication skill
  • Preferably local to the Austin, TX area or willing to relocate on your own – relocation assistance not provided by the company
  • Education and Experience:
  • Rising Junior or Senior seeking degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field with focus in process optimization and data analysis preferred
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations Technology team to understand and analyze current operational processes
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations
  • Contribute to data analysis and reporting initiatives to monitor and improve key performance indicators
  • Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving technology-related issues in operational workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to the development of technology solutions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in operations technology
