Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties in support of the Vice President, Senior Director and their team.
  • To coordinate directly with 3rd Party content partners to organize high volume of content and to ensure deals are in place before start dates.
  • To coordinate between P+ and Pluto and Acquisitions/Business Affairs to ensure deals are summarized for contracting and rights management.
  • To assist with the coordination and distribution of necessary regulatory commitments, deadlines and correspondence.
  • To create regulatory worksheets, tracking documents and workflow systems as required and in coordination with Business Affairs
  • To coordinate deal memos to ensure all administrative details are accurate, tracked and logged internally for both P+ and Pluto agreements.
  • To coordinate incoming pitches from third parties, for all Canadian (CDN) content, specific to original development, pre-sales and acquisitions.
  • As required, project support to Marketing and Communications team.
