  • Qualifications:
  • Rising Sophomore or Junior, working toward a Bachelor’s degree. Majoring in Human Resources, Organizational
  • Management, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Public Relations, or other business-related degree
  • program is preferred.
  • Graduation Date: Anticipated graduation date in 2025 or 2026
  • Positive can-do attitude and ability to learn.
  • Interpersonal skills and team orientated.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist People Business Partners in implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Supporting the Employee Relations with managing and resolving ER cases.
  • Participate in the data analysis process, helping to identify trends and propose proactive solutions for common HR matters.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of various HR projects such as performance management, onboarding, and learning and development initiatives.
  • Work closely with other HR sub-functions such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Analytics.
  • Participate in HR meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
