Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • New Hire Orientation programs: Support our program roll out for Navistar locations by assisting with facilitation, logistics, follow up and evaluation of the program.
  • Employee Experience Impact: Support structure of orientation to enhance our employee experience.
  • Data Archive Project Employee Files: Support and ensure our personnel files have appropriate documentation with legal regulations and employee privacy
  • Data Analysis: Review and analyze documents and provide recommendations
  • Communications: Help craft communications in support of our P&C programs.
