Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Able to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Able to work onsite in our NYC office
  • A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks
  • Demonstrates strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Conveys information that is clear and concise, whether verbally or in writing- adapting messaging, style and tone to a variety of audience
  • Identifies and analyzes problems, develops solutions and shows good judgment about which solutions will work

Responsibilities

  • Organizational Structure Project: Supporting the implantation of ChartHop
  • Support the roll out of the Organizational Talent Review
  • Help update and roll out the employee handbook
  • Understand the organizational structure of Authentic and the impact HR has as it evolves
  • Learn the importance of Authentic policies, and how those guidelines lessens organizational risk
  • New Hire Check-in Project: Take a 360 approach on employees' first 90 days, look at tools, resources that are needed to educate and develop an Authentic Ways of Working mindset
