Content Creation: Demonstrate proficiency with basic design tools such as G-Suite, Canva, video/photo editing software, as well as with basic design principles.

Data Analytics: Collects, analyzes and synthesizes data to demonstrate team impact in alignment with organizational objectives.
Successful candidates should be:
Currently studying a relevant degree, displaying a strong academic record, and eligible for placement between June 2024 - May 2025

Devoted to nurturing and guiding emerging talent within our team to foster growth and professional development.
Technology:
Partner with the People Development team as an administrator for our Learning Management System and digital learning platforms, including content, roster and license management, as well as system changes.
Support the research and potential implementation of new technologies to encourage on-the-job application and learning personalization.
Learning Experiences:
Partner closely with internal stakeholders to support learning initiatives, aligned with organizational objectives.
Operations:
Assist in the development of standard operational procedures for learning initiatives.
Support data and analytics work to encourage learner accountability/engagement, and optimize our learning experiences.
Coordinate logistics for blended learning experiences, including scheduling and communications.
