Requirements

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in strategic people and culture initiatives, for example:
  • Annual Performance Review Implementation
  • Engagement ‘listening’ through each stage of Pride lifecycle
  • Roll out reimagined reward and recognition program
  • Partner with People Data Analytics on engagement survey analysis and action planning.
