Currently studying a Degree / Masters course and seeking a placement year in industry. Strong technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems in construction. Eager to learn, excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and a passion for Quantity Surveying. Must be organized, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

The candidate will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of quantity surveying, including stakeholder management, value engineering, tender management, cost planning, and contract administration, while assisting in the preparation of financial and progress reports and administering cost/variation procedures.
