Responsibilities

  • You will support the RED Team with a broad range of administrative tasks, including the preparation of engagement letters, file opening and billing, and document production.
  • You will act as an initial point of contact for new enquiries, ensuring accurate details are taken from the potential client and referred on as appropriate.
  • You will liaise with clients when necessary to provide updates on their matters and answers to any of their questions and queries.
  • We care deeply and as such, you will provide a highly attentive and customer-focused approach. Many of our clients work with us on a repeat business basis – choosing the more personal service provided by Moore Barlow relative to other firms.
