Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in digital transformation, project management or a related business field.
  • A keen understanding of business processes including sales, inventory management, supply chain management.
  • Understanding of programming languages such as R, Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Knowledge of process maps and RACIs.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent presentation skills in PowerPoint and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct online and offline meetings to document cross functional tasks and processes (process maps, RACIs, others).
  • (Optional) Assist guiding teammates in the validation and testing phase of new planning solutions by participating in data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  • (Optional) Aid in the configuration, setup, and day-to-day operational support of the new planning software, ensuring its effective use across teams.
